Seagull PME brings technical expertise and extensive experience with Watershed Studies, H&H Modeling, Drainage Design, Flood Mitigation, Permitting, and other services to solve our clients’ water resources challenges.
STUDIES
Seagull PME is working with the San Antonio River Authority and City of San Antonio as a technical advisor to help understand the impacts of nature-based solutions to mitigate development and urban infrastructure, as well as the impacts of spills, maintenance, and other factors on water quality of the Edwards Aquifer.
PLANNING
The Seagull PME team provides expertise in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling (including 1-D and 2-D modeling). We are working on several large modeling efforts for clients including the City of Austin and Texas General Land Office.
DESIGN
Seagull PME is working with the San Antonio River Authority and City of San Antonio as a technical advisor to help understand the impacts of nature-based solutions to mitigate development and urban infrastructure, as well as the impacts of spills, maintenance, and other factors on water quality of the Edwards Aquifer.
INSPECTIONS
Seagull PME is working with the City of Austin to perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling for stormwater control measures. We also have detailed understanding of funding opportunities and requirements for nature-based solutions, including the TWDB flood planning program.
CONSTRUCTION
Seagull PME has worked for multiple clients to provide construction inspections and permitting support for stormwater controls, including SWPPPs, WPAPs and CZPs (for Edwards Aquifer).
MANUALS/GUIDANCE DOCUMENTS
Our experts have developed numerous Manuals and Guidance Documents for nature-based solutions. Seagull PME is working on an effort for the City of Austin to help develop a stormwater control measure toolkit for projects in the right of way.
